Toad Hill

Toad Hill is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage nestled on a gentle slope with an easy walk overlooking Finley Lake. Both bedrooms boast new Queen Size beds, Two sleeper sofas (1-Queen, 1-Full) .  The living room and combination kitchen/ dining area look out over the lake. The cottage has a large screened porch and deck. There are 2 window-unit air conditioners in the dining area & main bedroom with ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Finley Lake is 108 acres in size. It is approximately 26 feet deep at its deepest point. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill and Largemouth Bass. Crystal clear water makes Finley Lake one of the best for swimming. Toad Hill is located on a  private lake with no boat landing access; there are public boat launches  near by on neighboring lakes.

Hiking and Biking enthusiasts will enjoy St. Germain’s Bike & Hike Trail,  a 12.5-mile loop that runs through the towns of St. Germain and Eagle River. The trail offers a variety of terrain suitable for all levels and the trail head is easily accessible from Toad Hill. Looking for fun for the whole family? Elmer’s Fun Park is located just south of Toad Hill and a great place for families to explore. The park offers a wide range of activities such as mini-golf, go-karts, bumper boats, & more. St. Germain and Eagle River also offer a variety of dining and shopping options. St. Germain is home to a variety of restaurants and cafés, while Eagle River offers a variety of stores and boutiques. Both towns also feature a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, and swimming.
